How to create a building stone?

Everytime I try to create one (1 diamond nail, 1 oreputty, 1 magic nub) I get the following message:

"You can't concentrate! You stammer out nonsensical words instead of the magical words."

What am I doing wrong?

Yes, and I should have enough mana points. It costs 100 mana and my character has 274. I believe there is a special message for each of those cases. Something about needing magic to hold the pieces together (if in the fortress instead of the mage tower) and something about lacking magic (if too low on mana).

Hmmm..that's weird! This might seem like a dumb question, but is there any chance you could be making it on TA instead of Larkinor? I think we can only make the building stones on Larkinor
