I've had a subscription since 2010, until recently when I was renewing it. I got an "ACCESS DENIED"! Why? How can I resubscribe?

Something wrong might be happening, either you are 
- Entering some wrong data in the renewal process, or
- There is a problem with your credit card,
Try again and if the error persists try to take a screenshot of the error and send it to
billingSupport@flyordie.com requesting support in this regard.
The team in charge will try to help you immediately.
