How do you enable premoves on this site? It seems some users are able to make 7-8 moves per second. I would like to know how to enable premoves. Thanks for your help.

As far as I know you can't. They are most likely using program that moves very fast for them. I met a player who played 20 moves in 1 second

FOD-GOD This is very possible there are many programs out there that auto move for you accross various sites. Many here use them too. Simply watch and 600+ rated game and observe how many people still have 58-60 seconds left in a bullet game after 30-40 moves.
