Yes there is a way to disable your account. 

You must go to your email inbox and re-open the confirmation link that you used to activate your nickname. Once there all you must do is click the "Deactivate" link which should be underlined or highlighted at the bottom of the email. This will give you the option to deactivate your username permanently.

Wait 3 months and aint login fod with your nick.

The most governments only allow sites to keep information for 3 months like tracking and such.

After that you can make a new nick and it wont be seen as abuse because they loss track of your older nicknames.
