If a player forces me to lose/draw a game which i will win for sure how can i report this? i believe this kind of behaviour is against the conduct morale of chess players.

lol, uhhh, what??? first of all, losing and drawing is not the same thing but i understand that it can certainly feel that way if you know you had the win in the bag. Furthermore, it is completely legitimate and respectable for a losing or lower ranking player to make all effort to push, fight, and strive for the win or at least a draw rather than just quitting. May God be with you.
He's right. "fou rire" just hit accept draw when he realized he was going to lose on the next move and after I queened, the game ended in a draw. No stalemate.
I understand your feeling. I sometimes feel as if my opponent is holding back my piece when I see time slipping away and I know I can win.
