Can someone explain please.

In order to run our games Java must be installed on your system.

Enable NPAPI in your browser
Copy/paste the following address into the browser's address-bar, enable NPAPI and relaunch your browser using the button at the bottom:

chrome://flags#enable-npapi
Once NPAPI is enabled continue to Java installation


I logged on and have been told to do this which I have done and it doesn't work so what am I to do now?

It would be good to spécify your browser to best answer so the Java plug-in for web browsers is based on the architecture of plug-in cross-platform NPAPI, which's a long time and still to this day supported by all major web browsers. 
Hope since your 1 er post, your problem' s resolved.

After you put 

chrome://flags#enable-npapi

in the browser adress bar, you need to click on the small "enable" link just below

"Enable NPAPI Mac, Windows
Enables the use of NPAPI plugins. #enable-npapi"

Then push the "Relaunch now" button at the bottom.

It should work this way. If not, try another browser.

same problem here, i have changed browser and stil wont work,it wont even let me copy and paste on chrome any more    can anyone help   i have spent about 5 hours trying now

If you cannot start the game on other browsers either, then you probably have a different problem.
