"SP_PAULISTA" rings a bell to me I've seen him quite a few times and if i'm not mistaken (please correct me if i'm wrong) but i'm pretty sure he plays 9 ball a lot too 

I'm not so sure what can be done on my behalf apart from this seems to be a case for FOD mods 

However from my understanding hes given his account to someone else which I'd imagine is not allowed and now in my vision nothing will be done
