Personally, this is a great suggestion.
Them 3-4 players on every so often will get bored and stop playing fodball for the lack of players.
So maybe using tournaments to build up on the players there would work, because more people would see theres a tournament in fodball, therefore they will check it out.
If they like it, they will continue to play.
The process will continue if you add tournaments and fodball will grow.

Not likely especially If they are subscribers only tournaments.
