Played game today against equal opponent.When either player had to hit down the centre the rock went the wrong direction. The game was a tie, decided by the game and what it thinks the amount of error should be on a hit.So much for tactics and strategy. Who ever decided there should be this kind of error on hits down the centre has never played the game for real.

They might have changed this because people were very good at takeouts. Adding this "inaccuracy" makes it much harder to do runbacks etc, so it keeps more rocks in play. This is only a guess. If you want to think objectively; there's no drag effect either and that really changes the game. The angles are wrong for double takeouts and the rock that get hit are very "dead". So maybe think of this game as "a kind of curling" and not real curling.
People need to stop acting as if FlyOrDie Curling is the real curling world championships..LOL
Also they need to learn that rocks curl like crazy coming across the centre line in this game. So just adjust in the future, should be easy because it's the same every time. Get a little off centre and it will run straighter.
