Anyone suffer from sleep paralysis?
If anyone suffers from it and knows a way to attempt to awaken yourself as soon as possible when it occurs any advice would be appreciated as I have it almost every night right now..it's keeping me awake all night, has done all week..which is why iv been playing games all night instead of sleeping..so I'm looking for a little help on the subject if anyone else has experienced it your advice would be much appreciated.

In my case its bad..i can hear things behind me as it happens hissing/screeching as if theres a demonic being behind me.
try sleeping with headphones listening to different variations of isochronic tones there are many different frequencys that can help with different problems.research the topic of isochronic tones. I wish you good luck:)

I forgot to mention in my last post that,I think you should avoid looking for ways to wake yourself up, but instead look for ways to sleep better and more relaxed the music may help and it only seems work with headphones as some of the tones are not heard but rather felt due to the low frequency.
