When on the moderator application it asks for a a scan copy of my personal identity card do they mean something like a driver's license or what exactly do they want?

Passport , Birth Certificate & Drivers License use to be what was asked i think.

passport alone should be enough but im not sure , as a mod il never be xD.

okay I sent my driver's license. do you know about how long it takes before you hear back about the application?

How long's a piece of string?  :p

Took me 3 years to hear anything. :)
