Someone I know got a demerit for "insulting chat" and was banned from chatting. As far as we can tell the "insult" was trying to type Sofia Vergara's name in a conversation. That's hardly insulting to anyone and pretty strange. Plus there are a whole bunch of completely normal words that get automatically censored for no logical reason. Anyone know why these things happen???

Sometimes when I chat in Dutch, some Dutch words get censored because of some similarity to English obscenities (which I hadn't noticed until they were censored, like the Dutch word for "can", 2nd person singular, e.g. in "you can"). This automatic censoring feels a bit too much if you ask me.
