Firefox is one of the best browsers out there, as for spyware/anti-virus, I would try Microsoft Security Essentials, very good program. When a customer has a virus issue, it's one of the software programs that I use, do a search many out there!. 

Clear cookies/ internet traces from time to time as well as clean junk from your system, this will boost your internet speed, DE-fragment your hard drive and so on and so forth.

Or a new computer :p.

It also doesn't hurt to backup all your data and install a fresh copy of your "OS", XP, Vista, Windows 7 etc... All of these things will boost internet speed. Good luck and have fun!.

I play now a lil bit more again.
As i can see it really lags a lot.
