in theory its not cheating cause programs are allowed but if every player used the same program everygame would end up a draw.i do consider it cheating as it gives a player using a program an advantage.might as well be playing scrabble with a scrabble dictionary in your hand or trivial pursuit with a laptop and be googling every answer.
