can anu 1 help... after subscribing i can not playgames.. the site says its downloaded but all that appears is a blue screen saying that its logged on??

when i paid on my recipe its got i year for chess i made a mistake it should have been checkers can this be put right 

checkers works fine for me mabye it is your payment option it takes longer to approve the transaction if you used paypal or something
