i cant text in chat room

I can't text in the chat room when I'm playing or when I'm not....I started talking to Yupay and it wouldn't let me continue....since then I can't talk to ANYONE...WHY?????

thats happened to me before i have been using firefox and safari. i closed the window,reopened it, then i could chat again
