- if you cannot connect, please check your Internet connection, 
- delete your browser's cache or try it with a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox for example. 
- And please make sure that your browser does not force the game to load via https://.   
    The game can only be loaded via http://.
- You are probably behind a firewall, which is configured in a way that prevents the game to connect to the game server. If that is 
   the case, you have to do one of the followings in order to play the game:  configure your firewall to enable port 4989,
