I'm not sure if they have it in C4 (I'm pretty sure I've seen you post in the C4 forum section) but in billiards on the username info page where it shows the previously played games, there's a picture of a die, the more spots you have on the die the "better" the rating, for example, I have 6 dots and I'm given an "influential" rating. It was one of the major updates to billiards a few years back.... ;)

its impossible to tell,i believe they have some kind of formula there,like:
amount of games + amount of forum posts - demerit/ban = result.
why do you care about it anyway? :|
