tarrlent im sry to disagree with u but "running" is not against the rules our it would make you play 2 games and undead beast if he was such good freinds with next ball and fod wizerd i think he would know fod wizerd is no longer a mod.
1) please start using punctuation, it reads easier 2) you will not get banned for that, no matter what he says 3) running is indeed not against the rules. However, in a game like connect 4, where the first player always wins (if he is good) it is only fair to give a rematch. So I can understand his aggravation.
