How to get rating? is a question just about every newbie asks. You sign up for Penpal I think and pay 20 bucks with credit card. Then you get an army member badge and a ---. You can kill other raters to get points.
Already learned to make pics, eh? They're very interesting. I'd want to get a pic that suits me. Soon I'll get one.
