Stealing lvl 200

Hello,

Sorry for the question, just want to clarify...once you reach stealing lvl 200 can you still steal from the drop down menu?  I'm pretty sure you can't level but I'm getting close and don't want to lose the ability to steal diamond nails on TA.  Any help is appreciated.

yes you can still steal from the drop down menu, you just wont get exp for it

Basically, you can still steal from the drop down at stealing level 200, but your experience gained per successful steal drops to a fourth of what it would be if you stayed at 199.
