It's not really that it states it in the rules. I think its more the fact that only newer players play in rooms 2,3 and 4. I myself like to play in these rooms in locked non-rated ops. Just to get away from the drama in room 1 once and a while. I've been called a banker for it, yet im in a unrated op, go figure. But it is true that more people use these rooms to bank points in because higher point players dont go in them, only easy new players. So I think its the actual people banking in there that have ruined the use of them for people who just want to escape room 1 bs.

And you are right.many the time some noob shouts out in room 1 lobby."BANKING ROOM 3" and when you look,it isnt even rated;\

i don't even know the rules lmao.  could someone please link me to them?  
if someone wanted to escape the madness in room one, why not just mute them yourself?

i agree with all of you...if its unrated in rooms,2,3,4 then why harrass others that play there..but annddaly is right when he saids the mute button works good too..so in my own words..."i really dont care"..lmao:$
